jhdf51.. can you please submit to the message board any documents that you think exists that stipulate that WMIH is going to make a further distribution of assets held in Trust to old estate holders holding escrows, or shareholders that are entitled to the estate assets of WAMU, and WMI?......also, in addition, can you supply with a document that is often quoted as follow: " assets of the debtor cannot be returned to the reorganized debtor, unless purchased"?......this quote is often used on this board by BBAN, but was never challenged as to its authenticity.....Lodas
