still-Hoping.....thank you for your post that agrees with not only my assessment, but those that have a fiduciary duty responsibility in this whole affair.....as the word closing implies, it is just that a closure to an agreement, that is signed, which honors all stipulations in the document....a chapter 11 cannot be "closed" if there are outstanding stipulations, especially those that are "implied" to occur after closing that are not agreed upon by all parties....in this case, posters on this board are implying there will be future distributions by documents that do not exist, and that WMIH has not even agreed to...Lodas
