Rose, Germany is hit especially hard by - the limitations of gas supple form Russia (there are all kinds of new restrictions being announced - no light on in the cities after 11 pm - law on height of warmth in public buildings being above 19 degrees etc)

Big fear of Putin closing for gas supply altogether (also in Denmark - not nearly as depended as Germany - but still a big subject).

Don't know anything about the Bio acknowledgement process in Germany - but very clear the very heart of the public service system is hit hard by the insane fossil fuel prices - and fear of Russia closing the valves of gas - so no wonder the Country have 'shut down anything' potentially causing expanding public expenses.
