But now we have a democratic president who could replace him with someone willing to investigate Kavanaugh's perjury.

It's more complicated than that. The folks on MSNBC, including Frank Figliuzzi, who worked for the FBI forever, are discussing it. Figliuzzi says that that's just how it's always worked. Had the president been a Dem, his people would have investigated any tips sent in by the public. Not the FBI.

He suggested that if Dems think it should be done differently, they should try to get the rules changed.
