Agree and I think we're making the same point.

In our current situation inflation is not a function of the fullness of employment.

Articles, especially from the Murdoch press, that focus on rebounding employment as a primary inflation problem while citing unnamed sources who claim the 75bp boogeyman is coming in September just chap my hide.
