Never let a crisis go to waste. Now that the science team has abandoned GRPS, Goulding should use this disaster as an excuse to reverse split shareholders.
A 10 to 1 reverse split would bring the authorized share count to a more reasonable 130,000,000 shares authorized.
Shareholders could then buy back their positions and thus enable the company to have enough money to conduct business.
