Why? I'll share that with you.
I hate liars. I have lost more money in the stock market then I have made. I've made some, lost more. The ones I lost money on all had one thing in common. The CEO was a liar. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt for a second. Maybe they made bad business decisions. Maybe there were outside forces beyond their control. Maybe they just were really bad businessmen.
IF we consider those things, ONE of them would have fessed up and gave reasons why they failed, maybe even apologize for killing shareholder value. But they didn't. They just kept doing the same thing over and over until I realized the game they were playing. Usually for me by then it was too late and I had believed their stories and wasted money supporting their business. I.E. I got screwed.
With PHIL, I got smart...late in the game..but made my money back and a little extra and still hold 3 million shares. I'll buy again when it hits my price point. Does that mean I believe in PHIL as a business and Henry as a great CEO? Absolutely not. The evidence that PHIL is a straight up pump and dump FAR outweighs the grandiose goals Henry has pushed for years. The evidence is in Black and White and all filed with the SEC if you care to look. If you truly are intrigued I can show you. But I have found most people are unwilling to believe there own eyes and think for themselves in OTC land. Too many people listen to the wrong people, myself included. I learned how to read financial reports and follow paper trails. Some of these penny stocks don't leave a paper trail, or have financials on record. Hard to get a feel if they are legit. The SEC looks the other way and doesn't have the man power to look into the millions of little companies that list on the OTC. But I can, if I want to invest. Getting screwed has helped me become a better investor and taught me what to look for. I know the red flags now.
No I'm not trying to save you from a bad investment, I don't care if you waste your money. But I DO HATE LIARS and LOVE to point out to people that they are dealing with one. If you see somebody stealing your neighbors stuff would you say something or just look the other way?
