The common wisdom is to release positive news early in the week, and bad news after the close on Friday, that way brokers have most of the week to work with their clients on the good news while it's still news, and people have time to think about the bad news and not do something irrational.

From what I understand, most Journals seem to be issued later in the week. If that's the case, and the company is told the information will be out, say after the bell on Wednesday, or later, but they know it's coming, what would they be permitted to do.

I don't think they're prevented from issuing their official TLD statement at any time, nor are they prevented from announcing the meeting. Can they do these things and state that the Journal is coming, or must they not mention the Journal. If they can't mention the Journal, do they wait for it before putting anything out. I certainly don't know, I'd like to hear others thoughts on the matter.

I suspect that if the Annual Meeting isn't held prior to the Journal being published, NWBO will have a few positive releases they'll issue between the time they announce the Annual Meeting and the meeting itself. I would expect the stock to be in the $2 to $5 range before the meeting.
