Daniel, what I suggested is that companies don't announce when they file with regulators most of the time, they announce when regulators accept their filings. On the filing of many IND's I've seen many times where even acceptance of the IND wasn't announced, investors learned of it when someone found the trial on clinical trials.

Over the years I've learned that most things that investors believe should be PR'ed and considered to be material events are not treated as such by the companies. Some have said that they don't like letting their competition know what they're doing, but frankly I think that's a weak excuse, the competition is well aware of what's happening.
