Sounds like the old, 'IBEX needs to forfeit 17 billion shares' scam that we were endlessly bombarded with for a year.

If IBEX forfeits billions of shares KW no longer has a majority interest in BIEL and BIEL is vulnerable to a hostile takeover.

If some doubt KW's commitment to BIEL reread the announcements regarding the forfeiture of $2.5 million in loan interest.

I have much more confidence in KW, RS and KN bringing BIEL to profitability than those that would attempt a takeover.
