I believe that if Putin were to use a nuclear weapon the Russian people would rise up and destroy him! The Russian people are as aware of 'MAD' as the rest of the world and would do whatever they could to save their own lives along with the rest of the world. Putin may not be all that bright but, I'm sure he knows his population would not stand for him starting a nuclear war. His threats of using nukes are just bluster from a desperate loser who's been cornered! You can rest assure the entire world will print all the money they need to to beat him! It's just a matter of time.
