I already have plugged in numerous variables and came up with a few different possibilities.

All of these were used on a 8x multiplier with using well less than half of the income stated.

But the low end was .38 (which was VERY OVER CONSERVATIVE)

AND

1.30’s if this has scalability in which it truly does.

Seems far fetched but numbers don’t lie. Also 8k’s are Sec filings so they are t supposed to lie about those either. I really think people need to go back and read EXACTLY how it’s written. These filings are not catered to the average investor like a lot of OTCs are because I can imagine that Darcy isn’t looking for OTC investors that wanna buy then split with just $5k trade. I really think he’s building a small empire based off the current situation with our country. Clearly Covid isn’t going anywhere and I suspect more people will want to use Sandd and their products Becuase of this. I can also imagine DC was not a waste of time either. Those meetings do not get setup for a loss… they usually mean that the company is well connected also.

I’d bet my own account…that most aren’t used to waiting this long for investments to transpire. Just know my best investments have taken a minimum of 2-3 years and the longest I had was a 7 year ordeal. The biggest difference here is the CEO actually does what he says. Don’t forget how much of a fight this man put up to KEEP SHARES.
