This is probably a lot for most people to digest so in simple terms $EMGE didn’t dilute, they sold 30m to an insider who paid for those shares in advance and they just dropped $300k in debt off the books, the selling today was all retail that didn’t understand yet again twitter.com/bhondastocks/s…
