The previous OWNER only then holds a residual INTEREST in and too any of those asset by being a BENEFICIARY to what ever % it holds as the beneficiary of THE TRUSTS, and that would be WHAT THEY HELD % wise when they WERE IN THE COMPANY's NAME when the company made their investment in those MBS's to what ever degree they decided to participate in those, it could be 10%, it could be 100%
