How is it not illegal ?

There isn't, shouldn't and won't ever be anything illegal in being able to discern data for what it is implying and acting accordingly in the market.

Some will evaluate biotech data and information as a Buy and others a Sell signal. This is what makes a market!

The volume yesterday was average. If the vast majority of Anavex investors, including the few percent actively managed fund investments in $AVXL, saw the recent poster as a major step towards revenue and reducing risk, then Buying power should easily make it impossible for anyone or anything to manipulate down $AVXL, at least not without considerable expense.
