Gary, this would amount to the release of "news" at the ASM, even if you are not calling it that. This is what they have been holding back for reasons only they know. Without news or "news" they will be at great risk from a negative reaction by shareholders to any vote to AS.

This is the kind of logic that is trying to make a full meal out of bread crumbs. This was also what BB was trying to do with his logic about the C preferred that I commented about in an earlier post.
