No way the Big Money Players will allow Xome to be monetized before shares are issued to old and cold investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 all in my view.

They will never allow retail to get the huge equity increase before they are issued their Preferred shares that will have a strike price to have an option to exchange into common.

Obviously, the Big Money Players do not want that strike price any higher than necessary prior to increasing the common stock value in a huge way.

So if some think Xome will be monetized soon, to me that means shares will be issued any day!
