HDG - I did see the European version listing the ingredient, then subsequent searches, plus Captain's recent findings, and we have a formula for confusion. Captain's findings showed Hikma containing TD. My search didn't, but other numerous chemicals were included. What kinds of potential harms if any can those additives cause? Vascepa doesn't contain those additives, so why does GV have them? Since the icosapent ethyl used in Reduce-it didn't contain such additives, the FDA made an arbitrary decision to call GV bio-equivalent. It's impossible for the FDA to prove such additives provide the same benefits and no harm, when such additives are included.

When we see TD listed in food or GV, how is it used? At least Amarin discloses that it's used to write the name Vascepa. The body has a great immune system. Writing Vascepa should be a nothing burger imo for the body's defenses. These are all important considerations, and unfortunately, the consumer is in the weaker position to force the issue.
