Conservatorships are not nationalization when they are implemented for the reasons that conservatorships were created and intended to be implemented. When they are imposed as a result of fraudulent accounting practices to sacrifice the few for the good of others I beg to differ. When you couple with the above the implementation of a never before used (and created just for this particular conservatorship) net worth sweep, they are exactly the definition of nationalization.
