a conservatorship is not nationalization

but have we reached a point after ? 14 or ? years and dictatorial power (and no use of shares v draining cash) for FHFA -- that this is a conservatorship in name only and frankly the courts should have so declared

so - yes conservatorship that acts as such is very different from nationalization

this so called conservatorship has lost the right to be called such and is in essence a de facto nationalization - in my opinion
