Happy August.

If all the theories about the submission of the 15c-211 form are true, it should have been submitted to FINRA in "early February". That's when the "sponsor" supposedly got all the form info from DBMM. Although, there's been no firm acknowledgement about EXACTLY when it was submitted. Apparently, DBMM isn't inclined to the let shareholders know EXACTLY when the form ITSELF was submitted by the "sponsor".

So research suggests that it takes around a 3-6 month timeframe for Form 211's to be approved.

Certainly is stretching out to the max, eh? Early February to early August....6 months ain't it? Looks like OTCM/FINRA is joining the SEC in their lengthy deliberation of the case against DBMM.

Early September is when the next extension is likely to be filed. The next extension likely to be filed after that would be in December, stretching this out to 2023!

Time really flies!

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
