As far as TPM software I neglected to include that the NSM SafeKeeper is listed in the TCG Solutions catalog as having some basic feature that appears to be non-Wave. And also there are other specialty solutions listed in the catalog like Adobe, Verisign and something that comes with Infineon which apparently is not part of HP ProtectTools.

IMO, all of the above are either special functions that don't compete with ETS, or are similiar function to certain ETS elements but are less robust and not interoperable.
