As I mentioned before here, my personal believe the 2015 enrollment halt coincided with the FDA thinking the trial is over due to failed primary PFS. I believe Powers likely told the FDA that she wanted to continue on anyway. The FDA probably then said something like "Do what you want it's your money and we like research". In the 10q it is stipulated that the FDA may never approve based on endpoint changes so she's covered herself...Sort of. But retail mostly ignores those things, of course. The move to the more risky OTC calmed the SEC's liability so they likely looked the other way. Meanwhile she built her own personal CDMO's while waiting it out for FDA regime change, and maybe political and societal shifts (legislature introduced). Perhaps she's using Sawston-Advent as some kind of employment leverage in the UK?? Although why she sold out to Huawei remains a mystery. Surely it effects the chances negatively of a highest bid Sawston takeover.

On an entirely different subject, I posted this yesterday. I'm guessing you'll all say this is just not how it's done. But we all know it's how it should be done IF there's really anything to DCVAX. Buying back these shares at these prices is a drop in the bucket to a big player. Make whole old shareholders again instead of having them disappear into reverse split land.

>>If they really had something a big player would've come in to give the company cash to buy back 800 million shares and start the cash raises again (but properly this time). Instead Powers is exhausting every last possible source of funding for next to nothing. You all know that's true.
