The current BIEL management team took over at the end of 2019 after AW's death.

Covid started to expand rapidly in March of 2020. So BIEL's new management team had about 5 months in the saddle before Covid began affecting businesses and their decisions on how to survive the Pandemic.

Despite the challenges of a 100 year Pandemic, that has killed one million people in the US, BIEL kept the business running and had significant achievments:
