I hear you 3P, yet I always say be aware of your “competition”, whether one thinks it’s true competition or not, and address it. SWOT analysis (Strengths/Weaknesses, Opportunities/Threats), should be on any company’s radar.

"It is impossible to accurately map out a small business's future without first evaluating it from all angles, which includes an exhaustive look at all internal and external resources and threats," said Bonnie Taylor, chief marketing strategist at CCS Innovations."

“External factors”
External forces influence and affect every company, organization and individual. Whether these factors are connected directly or indirectly to an opportunity (O) or threat (T), it is important to note and document each one.”

External factors like who has influential connections/lobbying resources, etc., as money and power talks.

In this case, RecoveryRx wins hands down from a number of angles, yet never know what is happening “out there” with the powers that be, who knows who.

As an example, our Patch was cleared for post-blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) use some 15+ years ago, - yes, use for over the eye which is near the brain last I checked, is a huge testament imo as to how external factors kept us from full musculoskeletal clearance up until a couple of years ago.

An absolute load of bull with the foot dragging, the pretext nonsense of female over male proposed clearance at the time, and whatnot.

We should never take anything for granted or being a shoo-in solely based on product superiority nor ignore addressing “threats” no matter how trivial, or summarily dismissing, no matter who talks.

Yes, I concur with your perceptive take.

All imo.
