Posted this before, but here it is again:

To qualify for the Pink Limited Information tier, reports must be posted in accordance with the following deadlines:

Financial statements for a completed Fiscal Year within the past 16 months

Verified profile within past 12 months

MVNT posted their last Annual report on 8/20/2021. 16 months from then would be 12/20/2022.

Edit: Despite the "guidelines" listed above, I know of one particular Pink stock that went from Current to Limited ~5 weeks after their Quarterly was due. Then 5 months later they were booted to the Expert Market. This would suggest that MVNT could get booted as soon as October.

So a bit confusing as SooS suggested.
