To my recollection the only change to the mandate was the obdII difference and everyone restarted from that.

I do see some language about something about the 30 min wanting needed to be implemented by June of 23, but I don't believe that would require anyone to start from square one in testing.

The only other eld changed have been to timeline not a total revamp or additional requirements.


You'd think that if that were the case our crapbag of a CEO would have jumped on that reason for the delay and make it look like his failures were not his fault
