According to the HNRA registration In December 2020, HNRI formed HNRAC Sponsors. LLC (“HNRAC”).
HNRAC formed HNR Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (“HNRA”)
HNRAC Sponsors, LLC owns 359,375 HNRA common shares.
Question would be did Sponsors have to pay anything for those shares or did they receive them for "sponsoring & managing the deal".

Who is the auditor on financials, your OTC Disclosures? I do not see one, only frank signing "to the best of his knowledge"

I wonder what the waste water treatment facility business is called/named, what does it look like and where that is?

The Company currently uses a virtual office and physical offices located at 3730 Kirby Drive, Suite 1200 Houston, TX 77098
Do people realize the company does not have a physical office? Their virtual office is at 3730 Kirby Dr #1200 which is PAD Specialists Corp office.
Frank is in Charleston South Carolina.
Maybe its good to have a houston address if you are in the oil business?

Do people see frank gave himself 3,000,000 shares each of the past 3 quarters for a total of 9,000,000 shares at .50 = $4,500,000 = nice of the shareholders to pay him?
that is after the 1 for 50,000 share consolidation
