Is HNRA part of HNRC .....

You have to look for Houston Natural Resources Inc in a document by the sec such as this:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1842556/000121390021005309/fs12021_hnracquisition.htm

and then search on the OTC Documents where it indicates they are a subsidiary like on page 19:

https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/329468/content

it seems legit, unless you can prove other wise.

Just remember when the Pre-Deal goes to Live-Deal this should really move:
