Anyway, what I expect is that Less will sell a huge chunk of the C Prefs to a private equity partner for around 1.5 - 2$ a share, not to a BP.



If they sell the pref at $2 as you propose, that means 8 cents per common share - no way that is happening. Did you mean $2 per common share? But that multiple to the current market is not likely either....So what so you mean exactly?
