I heard from Terry last night regarding convertible debt and he only acknowledged that they working on an gathering all the info they need to get filings caught up but they are having some issues collecting some of the info they need. Again mentioned that he can only say so much right now but he will let me know when they get closer to the finished product.

My glass is 9/16 full.

I am not being too pushy with Terry but he does respond to my questions, nothing really earth shattering to report but he did mention that he has to be careful in what he says and I certainly understand that. My lastest question to him was regarding convertible note and warrants as there are a few out there.
