AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ is drawing dead. As for the existing common stock shareholder-victims, they are already beat regardless (or irregardless for my iHub reedurs) of what additional cards turn up.

As to existing common stock shareholder-victims this turd is a dead hand. Bankruptcy will cancel the current common stock and issue a new common stock class with a new CUSIP and only the creditors will get that new common. Or it could be a Chapter 7 liquidation and wind-up/dissolution if the BK judge and the creditors find that there is no credible reorg plan that The Clownshow can produce.
