Wialan's T/A updates 2x monthly; at least in recent times. Last update was on 7/22 and the fins are signed as of 7/27. So, indeed, if the restricted-share count has changed, it should appear within the next T/A update. My concern, and I hope I'm wrong, as other possible reasons for the alterations could apply, is that the restricted shares will now start hitting the market, just when the rest of the year appears poised for some sincerely positive developments, to occur.
