lets say they renamed Vascepa into 2 new brands

1, Reduce-IT EPA

2. Vascepa Marine

Now the generics already have Vascepa which is being prescribed for both indications currently but if I go to a doctor and he treats me/prescribes me for Reduce-IT EPA then would the Pharmacy give me option 1 or option 2?

If they gave me option 2 surely they are deliberately breaking the law?
