I do not think this would delay implementation, only possibly the pace of ramp up after 2025. These fabs take years to build and market needs LWLG technology now as Tier 1 have expressed to the foundries. The ROI would seem to quicken implementation which is already seen in Lebby's slides with foundry pictures and yield discovery. Also, Lebby already provided firm foundry timeline in SHM prior to CHIPS act being resurrected. Also, announcement of Fotonix from GF earlier this year. "Time waits for no man"
