Churn, baby, churn...awaiting update/news on new CEO, who:

"must possess an extensive knowledge and experience, at a senior level, of cellular connectivity, operations and related business, and be prepared to work with the new team of Company Directors in the development and launch of a new, patented, streetlight retrofit product to host micro cellular devices to off load traffic from main cellular towers (in other words, a local cellular tower in a light pole), as well as working to launch additional new communications processes and products planned for later this year."

Also awaiting the 2nd Qtr Fins (on or before 8/15, or so) and the one missing Attorney Opinion Letter, which would make WLAN Pink Current, again.

Of note: 85 million, additional, restricted common-shares issued to certain Directors, on 5/12
