It is almost like he knows he will be doing serious prison time for his latest five (5) Serious Felonies, so he can lie about funding/dilution/company ownership, subsidiary ownership and a lot more for so long? He doesn't care.

I agree. I would add to the "he doesn't care" ... I would go with he thinks he is invincible. I watched a show about cons.... the more they get away with, the more they think they are bullet proof. So Michaels thinks he doesn't care plus he thinks he is bullet proof.

Hopefully that is a DANGEROUS combination.. FOR Peter Michaels 3X convicted felon with 5 Felonies "in the wings"..
