Since I believe he (HPNN CEO) already has been having some serious TAX problems, maybe it would be worth a look for them? That's how some musicians flouting cash and "funding" got brought down. California, Delaware, IRS maybe? I do know if they see serious stuff, they can actually stop it in-progress and even seize crypto or other accounts as evidence. Petey, are HPNN investors paying for any of your felony criminal attorney fees? What is your salary at digitalnothing? It is material, and should be disclosed in your disclosure and at your court-ordered DEBTOR EXAMS. (above is just speculation based on past investigations and public info)
It is almost like he knows he will be doing serious prison time for his latest five (5) Serious Felonies, so he can lie about funding/dilution/company ownership, subsidiary ownership and a lot more for so long? He doesn't care.
