We are not a startup so people should stop calling this Series C.

We have Class C Preferred Shares but they're not like any other Class C shares, issued at other companies, since they have voting rights. Typically A or B have these rights and are restricted to owners. Yet Linda has a novel approach with everything and likely are issuing these which can be sold to a BP partner which would want say in management of the company.
