Very sad situation as the share price of SAVA is destroyed.
If the allegations were legitimate why would the FDA allow
the trial to proceed? So all it takes to bring down any small
Biotech is to allege fraud in the study and the share price is
on its way to oblivion? Whose responsibility is it to "monitor"
for fraud? One would think it's the FDA? Of course Adam
Feuerstein & Matthew Herper can attack any small biotech
with any allegation and the share price reacts to that. Who
watches the "journalists" that make their own allegations?
(They can claim freedom of speech as their defense.) Who
cares if they destroy a potentially effective drug or a company
that can attempt to bring that drug to fruition. Then there is
the problem of BP bringing questionable drugs to the FDA for
approval such as what Biogen did with its AD drug and now
is attempting to do with an ALS drug that had "inconclusive"
results. What a rotten situation the "system" has created.
