What's missing from your comment is:
1) there's been no formal target of the so-called "criminal investigation" by the SEC/DOJ other than the company's announcement of the SEC/DOJ scrutiny over public claims about COVID-19 drug's viability (this has already been remedied)
2) the so-called "criminal investigation" is over 2 years old
3) not a single person was named in the investigation. Not NP, not Kelly, nada...
4) not a single charge nor indictment was made against any CytoDyn employee or former employee. Oh, but there is Occam's Razor LMAO!
5) multiple fronts? Not sure who's reality you're referring to.

This is based in reality. Please reference CYDY SEC filings and recent CC disclosures. The company has made it clear that the SEC/DOJ is investigating the company on multiple fronts.

I'm not sure where to start with this one because you're "untangling the web" by referring to a bounced check in college 40 years ago, an email to an ex-wife during a divorce that was meant for his son, charges that were dropped for selling art 20 years ago, a settled lawsuit, all of which are tied to a former CEO that doesn't work at CYDY.

“CYDY is just simply not that tangled of a web to require this much time to untangle”.

That’s easily proven false by a publicly available information. Please reference NP’s two felonies, NP’s art fraud case (he was cleared), the two settled shareholder lawsuits and the one lawsuit settled with the SEC. These all demonstrate that NP was “complex” with his approach to being CEO.

Not sure what you're referring to with a four-year old email, but if it's like your previous comments, it obviously wasn't illegal and has nothing to do with today's CytoDyn.

Also reference the email to Amarex and NP’s 2018 correspondence with Mike Sheikh.

It's already played out, and unfortunately for the shorts, it was a major dud, and continues to be.
