This is based in reality. Please reference CYDY SEC filings and recent CC disclosures. The company has made it clear that the SEC/DOJ is investigating the company on multiple fronts.

“CYDY is just simply not that tangled of a web to require this much time to untangle”.

That’s easily proven false by a publicly available information. Please reference NP’s two felonies, NP’s art fraud case (he was cleared), the two settled shareholder lawsuits and the one lawsuit settled with the SEC. These all demonstrate that NP was “complex” with his approach to being CEO.

Also reference the email to Amarex and NP’s 2018 correspondence with Mike Sheikh. More examples of how NP’s web was not so simple.
