As I’ve said; I think they went to series C because some big money wants a taste. The voting issue however is unusual, so it adds some intrigue for me. They def don’t want to dilute and this is the perfect strategy for right now because any dilution is 1/25th of what it would be at current price…for now. When they convert the dilution increases. But, at that time it won’t matter. There’s definitely more to this story but the baseline is a little money right now with little dilution. The after party is something different me thinks.
