Thanks, Kab! I should add that despite the fact that these pref Cs have 25x voting power, it’s simply because each pref share is comprised of the price of 25 shares. Had those shares simply been purchased, the buyer would have walked away with 25 common shares, and instead, the buyers agreed to tie up those same 25 shares in ComputerShare as a single pref C share that cannot be sold for now.
