That’s quite true. But the company has been silent this time around and has just delivered the goods; TLD, the Specials manufacturing certification, manufacturing updates at ASCO, and commercial manufacturing application filing. There’s something about this and the timing of it that just smells really different. Yes, maybe we all look for stuff to smell haha, but seriously this is more in line with the business like manner they’ve been following lately. Why put these out there now? They retired the A and B, meaning they’re all converted that were sold but they had 100 million left. Why convert to series C, which have more attractiveness to the next level investor? If they didn’t have interest they’d just keep them at A/B because that was their customer base for them. And why give immediate voting rights for yet unconverted shares (25 x’s what you just bought but can’t convert yet)? Something’s changed significantly in my opinion
