Iwasadiver, you seem very well-informed on this issue.

Can you please tell us where you see the 3-month holding period in the 8-K? I've read and re-read the text, cannot find it.

Also, could you explain a bit more your reasoning/thinking about why it might be a good thing that the buyer (or buyers) of these preferred shares would automatically be granted 25X the voting power as owners of common shares, coming into a long-awaited annual shareholders' meeting? It does seem unusual to me for preferred shares to carry voting rights.

Also, what if anything do you make of how the preferred shares will not pay any sort of a dividend? This too seems a bit unusual to me.
