If this is part of a full private placement sale at $16.25 X 10M Ser C shares to raise $162M, then that would be a giveaway to a big buyer so the stock price does not run up, given our current price is "significantly undervalued". I'm ok, if this is a mechanism to enable a smaller financing to fund operations near term though.
