This is why $HMBL had to suspend the ETXs. The SEC came to $HMBL before $COIN because of the S-1 filing & why it took so long to get approved. The SEC does not understand that HUMBL does not take custodianship of the assets. Can't speak for $COIN though.

If you think that $HMBL's share price suffered as a result, watch $COIN. Still, in my opinion, the SEC will get educated and $HMBL will take its rightful place as a leader in the blockchain, NFT and crypto platform world.

I would not be surprised if the banks are already working on crypto asset custodianship and exchange. Then watch happens to Bitcoin and Ethereum.
