Phase 3 Trials Are the End-All, Be-All

Didn't the governments of the UK and Australia push to make Rett for Adults a Phase 3? And it had Stat Sig?

I don't recall the details of this. But, it's standard practice in modern drug testing. Like it or not, no drug gets approved unless there is a big Phase 3 clinical trial demonstrating statistical significance (efficacy) and safety.
