Concurrently, the Company is working to scale its ability to manufacture CHS in significant quantities, at which point it will implement its process with their manufacturing partners.

If I understand this correctly, the company is not yet able to produce "train loads of CHS". But frankly spoken my poor English does not allow me to understand the subtlety of that sentence. Are they still working on fundamental problems, since they write "its [the Company] ability to manufacture"; I never read that they will produce themselves.
Have a bad feeling in regard of todays trading.
